Why do i like being sad?

ok well im 12 years old and this might sound weird but I like making myself sad all the time. I make myself cry, I always thing of sad thing to make me feel bad. I dont know why I do this. Is there something wrong with me? sad

I'm 13 and I do that a lot too and I think I kind of like it too but I don't know if there's something wrong with us because I don't really know if there's something wrong with that. I've never really thought about it before...

well I can tell you one thing, stop wanting to be sad all the time if you can. because when the time comes that something serious changes in your life and it makes you really sad, you'll hate it and you'll just want to be happy again more than anything. trust me.

dont feed that feeling youll be severely depressed, soon thats all your brain will know. think happy youll have a much more fulfilling life if you think happy... your brain wil rewire itself if you think happy!!
