What's this light bleeding after my period?

I recently was rushed to ER for kidney stones. It was the usually last day of my period. 3 days later I am still bleeding lightly. What should I be concerned about.

spotting between or just before/ after periods is perfectly normal
though if it has never happened to you before. It could be:
related to your operation
or a urinary tract infection
