Does anybody think that there could be any life on planets or moons around Tau Ceti? Why or why not? If so, how advanced? Kardashev 0, 1, 2,3? Or Higher? If not, how about in the past could there have been life on planets or moons around Tau Ceti? Besides the fact that there would be 10 times more cometary bombardment on these planets, is there any other details that would make life possible or impossible? Please give suggestions. Thank You.
