About 1 to 2 hours. Make sure that she is in a warm place. Like a dog bed or a box with towels.

Good Luck

It can take a long time...8 to 12 hours, especially for the first litter...just keep her quiet and contained...

It can take a very long time. Depends on the dog. My female Maggie went for about 15 hours. My other dog Emily went for 20 hours stopped for 36 hours went back into labor for another 6 hours. The longer it takes the harder it is on the mother and the more likely a pup will be still born.
