Lemon or lime for lighter hair ?

I hear that if you put lemon on dark brown hair, go in the sun, it makes it lighter ?

Would lime work ? Or only lemons ?

use lemon juice. it wont lighten a lot but it does a lil bit. try maybe sum sun in?? its a spray that is kinda like a hair dye but not perminent lol idkk I 4got.

just go to the store and get Sun In...much easier. read the directions carefully.

either really. They're basically the same thing, except lime is more acidic.
