You can start building your calves really easily by doing calf-raises on a step. I just use the first step on my basement stairs. Place your toes on the step, and go up and down as far as possible... about 20 times, and do that on two legs the first time, then 4 more times on left leg and right. only do this excercise twice a week. and eat more protein - tuna, peanut butter, carbs, cheese, along the way. Muscles must be fed, and the rest between each workout is what is going to make the toning happen.
Women can often see results after even two weeks.
As you get stronger, you can hold a dumbell in one hand for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th sets, gradually using more and more weight, and you will do less reps, like 10 or 11. Progressive resistance is the way, you work out till you reach failure each time.
So thats just the calves... start on that then we can tackle the thighs and bum area. What do you think?

Leg toning
Alright so im looking for a way to make my legs more toned, without losing weight. Im very thin and have skinny legs. I'd like to find some leg workouts to make my legs less thin ( like more toned) without losing weight. Any adviceee??
