How to make a laptop portable?

when you get a laptop how do you make it portable? so you can take the laptop with you when it has the internet like onto the airplane or to the park and stuff. anyone know?

well a lap top is portable so all you have to do is bring the lap top with you. But in order to get internet you have to be by a wifi source ussually in starbucks or airports, borders ect..

I put mine in a padded bag. . . then it's portable and protected.
