I've done flowers, hotels, weekends away and taken her for an amazing gordon ramsays meal...

she should feel lucky.
just take her out to dinner one evening and try to get her on the subject of a perfect date, get some ideas and surprise her
but if she really cares for you none of that should matter... you have obviously been good to her
