go to http://www.magickaschool.com/ You can take courses so you learn everything, The history behind it, all the meanings everything. It's very informative even for somebody just studying it. But, I wouldn't be so open about it, a lot of people don't take it lightly. It's your own choice, Doesn't mean everybody needs to know, if you know what I mean.

rememberingnever is right
you don't want people to know about it, riots can break out, etc.
In some cities witch hunts still go on.
I have my reasons why I'm open, but you really shouldn't be.

I don't know enough about that sort of thing to answer the question, but I would throw in my own 2 cents worth of wisdom. Question everything you are told or read in regards to religion.

The Rich Man and Lazarus
19There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21and longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
22The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23In hell,[a] where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.'

25But Abraham replied, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. 26And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.'

27He answered, 'Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father's house, 28for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'

29Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.'

30 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.'

31He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.'

3.And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.
4.He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.
5.He who was seated on the throne said, I am making everything new! Then he said, Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.
6.He said to me: It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life.
7.He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.
8.But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars--their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.

All of you Christians are doubting Wiccans.
Why?
Do you understand their beliefs?
I'm a Christian.
I have been studying the origins and history of Wicca.
I love my religion, but I am smart enough to know that:
Wiccans want nothing to do with the devil.
They live in harmony with nature.
They believe the devil is a christian creation and we can keep him.
Before you try and be smart - at least read up on what you want to critique.
