Yes, I believe Kashi cereal is very healthy for you. I have other Kashi products, like their granola bars, and not only are they delicious (yum) but they have great amounts of fiber and protein. So look at the label for it, as deedazzle said above me, and check whether it has a good amount of fiber (it should) and whether it is made of whole grains. If so, it is a very healthy cereal.
I know for sure that it is a much healthier choice than the other sugary cereals that are out there today.
And it's great that your trying to eat healthier! :]

Kashi cereal?
Is kashi cereal really healthy for you, or do they just try to make it sound that way. I really want to improve my eating habits and already eat kashi cereal. But is it heathy? Thanks in advance.
