Are there any resources for convicted felons on parole to use that would assist them in finding a job?

http://www.funadvice.com/q/... try your local employment department, it's the best place to start. They'll help, just fill in all the paperwork, and be patient with them, but persistant polite. The yellow pages should have listed all the government agencies for Dallas that help with jobs employment. Good luck.

say dude.... im in ft worth area and recently signed for 3 yrs felony defered..... i have been interveiwing thru the good will sevices... i know this sounds kinda lame,but : they are willing to show forgiveness towards my screw-up so i can try and repair the damage..... u might also check with the salvation army..... thats all i got ...good luck. Let me no how things turn out.
