heeey I just had one at red lobster lol... my advice is...be prepared for any questions...ie: why do you want to work at 24 hour fitness? what can you bring to the table? what do you know about physical fitness? do you have any experience? who is someone in your life that you look up to? why? ... Why should I hire you? ETC!!

Dont be nervous (just do the best that you can =) )
Look casual
dont take too long to answer a QU (so be prepared)
smile
be on time..(given)
never say things like " I want to work here to earn more money"
TRY to think of the answers before hand...KNOW all of your experience, know why you want to work there ETC

I know its not much...but I hope it helps... I thought I was prepared for my interview yesterday...but they were asking all of these QUS that I didnt even think abt..lol...

GOOD LUCK!

I don't think you should ever look casual at an interview. EVER. You should always dress up to show that you respected the interviewer enough to look nice.

All of those things are important, including your dress but the most important thing is for you to be honest if the only reason for working there is for money it is probably not a good idea to work there. you need to enjoy what you do. Anyway good luck.

yeah, never ever ever ever dress casual to an interview. even if the interview is at Hot Topic. a firm handshake (but not to firm because your a girl) and eye contact. Sit up straight, cross your ankles. Speak slowly and clearly. Try not to giggle or act ditzy. buisness people don't think its cute.
