Job for felon in minneapolis

Hey y'all. I know this kind of questions has been asked million times,and I have been looking each of the advice here but still nothing help us.oh well.let me tell you,my boyfriend is a felon with 4 times dwi in minnesota,still on probation for another 6...

years. He has been desperate to get a job cause if he cant find any job soon,we will be screwed cause he cant stand any longer of our long distance relationship cause I live oceans away from him and what he wants is a job so he can get money to fly me to us. He tried job placement, none works. He used to be a chef at an italian restaurant but he dropped that job off cause it was overwhelming he said. He worked there for 10 years and had enough of it. He tried to find another restaurant, fabric, welding company, construction but still got nothing. His driving license is still suspended til next year but he got someone to drive him every morning and day to find a job around minneapolis. Would someone help? Cause if this wont work,I am going to lose him,something that im not ready yet, cause I love him so much. Kisses from indonesia xx

You need to tell us what jobs he might be good at, rather than telling us all the problems. the problems arent' the issue, it's what jobs he might be good at. If he can't be an a chef at an Italian restaurant, well, what else can he do? sometimes you just have to take the job you can get. He sounds like a whiner to me. Dependent on those around him to fix his situation. Maybe he's not a good relationship?? Or he would take more responsibility for working hard?

he can do anything,wanna do anything. it is the job that is hard to find right now. he has been going to the temp place a lot and got resume and interview a lot but they frown hard and reject him when he said he still has probation going. he is looking for fabric, construction, metal welding fabrication job, chef maybe something he work best at, he can do gardening and can go along so well with kids
