How to fix a big flare at the bottom of my jeans?

I have a really nice pair of jeans, but they flare out way too much at the bottoms..is there anyway to fix this?

Yes there is!!! I'm not exactly sure what, but go to a tailor in your area and explain what you want and they'll sort them out!!!
