Jealous of a popular girl

HELP! I'm starting high school in September ( 3 weeks) and I'm going to be meeting a lot of new people from the other feeder school. Cool right? Wrong! There's this girl who I know all the guys will love. She's 1/2 black, 1/2 white (like me), is short...

and small, has waist-length hair, lots of perfetc friends, a pretty face, nice clothes and a bad attitude. She's so full of herself, but I can't help being jealous, I feel like I won't even compare to her. The high school we're going to hosted a dance for the grade 9's attending that school next near, and she grinded on 4, I repeat 4 popular high school guys that she didn't even know! I need help, I don't know if I should make myself look better and even if that was the answer how? What do guys like in girls? So I need help with 2 things, getting over my envy and improving my appearance. HELP

It's normal for people to look at other people and be envious. It's a part of life. I can see you enveying her clothes , looks etc. but why the neagtive attention. her grinding w/ 4 HS guys last year just makes her look easy. Yes they all will want to date her. But for the wrong reasons. There's nothing wrong with making your apperance more attractive so you feel good but don't stoop to her level. Go there with a good attitude and you'll attract many more people but for the right reasons. good luck

the differnce with you and the other girl is they will want to date you because your you and they will date her because they think she is easy there is no point tryin to compete with her you should look at yourself and love u 4 u u never no she mite b jelous ov u and high school changes you alot people may hate the other girl and love u u will just have to wait and see good luckxx

Envy is NOT good. Get over it. Otherwise, she will beat you on everything. Because envy is a complex. She is being natural. Stupid maybe, but natural. It matters. Relax and be yourself. Things will go better this way.

ok heres my advice.......its ok that your jealous we all have been at one point....and true highschool and popularity go hand in hand....but remember highschool is only 4 years.and truth be it...if shes only a freshman and is acting this way with the older guys...shesll probably have lots of sex..if she already hasnt...be very popular...and have lots of friends...but her grades will slip shell probably get pregnant and lose her body...not to mention be shit out of luck for the rest of her life.....im not sayin that if you sleep with ppl youll end up like this...im just sayin if your easy its a huge possibility.especially in highschool.hope that helps with the jealousy part....and as for the lookin better......confidence is key....trust me no matter how ugly some one is...just look around at those really ugly popular guys all the girls die for in middle school......with the right amount of confidence ...and if you like your self other ppl will start likin you too....trust me it works like a charm...its something i like to call peer preshure.lol

Girls get jealous. Those type of girls aren't anybody specail to get jealous over. Trust me, they act full of themselfs because they have low self esteem. You have nothing to worry about. Guys will want to date you because you smart,charming and beautiful. They will just want to hook up with her. She's easy! Guys know it. She'll prolly end up pregant and all kinds of stuff. Get drugged at a party and get raped. You don't get jealous at the type. You feel sorry for them. They have no clue at all what they are doing to themselfs. They will learn tho and its karma baby. What goes around comes around.

You'll be fine, you'll make great amazing new friends and start a fresh year off. You'll meet a good guy who likes you for your personailty and stuff.

well you do know that some people get better looking with age and others get worse so i woudn't worry about it just wait till 10 year reunion and she has nine kids and a cheating husband and your looking hotter than ever/

guys probably like girls who dont freak out like this. at the dances remind the guys that she's grinded with how HOT you are. lol. theres no shame in being a flirt. (if there is, OH SNAP! WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME?!! lol.) if you dont think your pretty, try a new look. dont be a wannabe though, they can be pretty annoying. good luck!
