yes it does...Jasmine green tea contains substances called catechins which trigger weight loss by stimulating the body to burn fat (calories). However, just drinking jasmine tea is not going to help you lose weight. You need to exercise and go for a suitable diet. Consult your naturopath.
likewhoa is right - it's the combination of the catchins, sensible siet otherwise, and exercise that will do it.
By the way, Jasmine green tea isn't the only kind of green tea (although I think it tastes best). 'Green' teas are called that because they haven't undergone the same lengthy drying (etc) process that results in caffeine-containing black teas.
hello there I am drinking jasmine green tea for at least two months now and its clearing up my acme it is amazing what more it can do DRINK JASMINE GREEN TEA at least 4 times a day it has a lot of benefits my skin looks so good now and its smooth like a baby.
believe me it has a lot to offer no wonder chinese people have no problem with their faces...and they look young too...ill see if it works for my weight too and ill check back ...but it does cut off my appetite that is true... and drink it straight up no sugars no other stuff on it ...instead of sugar put some honey it is also a powerful intioxidant..I think its time to stop using chemically made drinks and food and go back to our nature ... it will do more good to us ...thank you all for reading and Good Will because it takes Will and not Luck to what we want to do .. have a wonderfull day everyone...
