You can burn a movie from Itunes by selecting the file directly out of the folder it is saved in. Unfortunately to play back the MP4 format you need to use Itunes or Quicktime and often as was my experience the files tended to want to play only on a computer that had the same itunes account or onto a video ipod that can be sync'd.
It doesn't hurt to try though. Go into your Documents folder and look for the MyMusic folder. Inside that folder is a folder called Itunes. In that folder you will find your videos and your music saved on Itunes. Use a program to burn the file as a data file, such as Roxio or Sonic. Most Windows software is not set up for playback of MP4, so use Quicktime to replay the file.
To put your own DVDs into your iTunes library, you have to use a DVD ripper. I don't know what you mean exactly by chat..but there's iChat which goes kind of with AIM. Just search for iChat if you want to know more about that. If you mean like a chat room on iTunes, I've never heard of that. Maybe it's there and I just don't know about it.
Please take a look at this article, it shows the way to burn itunes movie to dvd step by step, which may give you some direction:
