Sure do, this is one of my favourite..its italian noki (vegetarian style)
Boil some potatoes, then mush them up, then add self raising flour, 1 teaspoon of salt. Roll the mixtures together to form a nice non-sticky dough…break the dough into little balls and press them flat similar to mini pancakes (the white potatoes / flour now becomes NOKI)
Make your own spaghetti bog sauce or you can use the pre-made ones at the shop.
Boil some water into a pot, add noki, once its “cooked”, drain the noki, place them on a plate, pour sauce over the noki…instant fast easy to make italian food.
