Is wine and beer is good for health?

Hello fnd... can you tell me wine and beer are good for health? and also pls tell me both advantages and disadvantages of both wine and beer...

wine is good for your heart
beer is the best...but its not good for you
it will give you a beer belly

Well in Australia, from the Heart Foundation they reckon one standard glass of red wine a day is suppose to be good for you.

Pros - Beers:
It's cheaper, more variety, you can buy them in bottles or cans, easier to finish one can or bottle

Cons: Beers:
If you drink too much in a night, you tend to get bloated..That's why in Oz they made a girl beer for us, its called Blondie, without all the carbs and 5% alcohol devineee.

If your allergic to yeast, your more or less stuff as beer is made from that.

Pros - Wine.
Affordable for those on a budget, the more expensive the wine the better it taste.. Red wine is suppose to be good for you as you don't get bad breath from drinking it, but with white wine you do.

Cons - Wine.
Some wines isnt very good when you re-cork the bottle, personally wine is an aquired taste, I reckon it taste horrible and wine is for old farts, give me a beer any day
