Is there something wrong with me?

My head is REALLY sore, it aches/ throbbs all day and I can barely touch my head it is so sore. I feel really weak and dizzy at times and feel like I am going to be sick. I have lost my appetite as well. Also there is a big bump on my head.

Well, it sounds like you got hit on the head. If you haven't seen a doctor yet, do so.

Also, this is the second time it has happened in the last week.

You might have sinus problems.

I had all those same symptoms and it took 3 different doctors to finally determine that it was a sinus infection.
