Is there any way to grow a little taller?

Ok so I'm 18 and finished growing at about 16. I'm kinda short for my age and need to be taller, for a motorcycle racing career. I am a bit below average for an 18 year old, but I have stopped growing and my parents are about my height so it's onviously...

genetics.

Anything I can do to make me just that little bit taller? Say 8 to 15cm more? I kind of need to get there within a year and a half or so. Yes about 15 cm more is perfect but a little goes a long way I guess so anything that can help will be much appreciated!!!

You can't make yourself actually taller..you can make yourself look talller with what your wear. Maybe wear shoes with thicker bottums

um, I think you nid to drink milk and practice sleeping early. Dont be stressed out too often oso.

I hear sleeping andjumping can make a person taller. Also drinking milk helps your bones get strong. A person is taller in the morning and shorter at night though, I guess it's because of how the skeleton gets weighted down the whole day.

I think skipping can make you tall like 8-15 cm long in 2 months..500 everyday is perfect...
