is there any way to ask a question to someone personally but without it being posted up for everyone else to see as well?
I know who I want to send this question to - but I really don't want everyone else to see it. Plus, I wanna mark it as anonymous so...

I dont wanna funmail it or comment it to their page. any way?

I'm afraid you can't anonymously send private messages - that would be a problem since it would allow users to abuse or harrass people anonymously.

The kind of feature you're describing would be a HUGE problem for us if we had that...eg, people would abuse it 15 ways from sunday. Not going to happen.
