Fish is the most common way of helping brain power. It has the omega 3 fatty acids that the brain craves.

Read out lout to her often. It will help both her and you develop your speaking and reading skills.

You brain needs Omega 3 fatty acids, found in fish like tuna, sardines, salmon, canola oils, olive oils, Nuts and seeds, like walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds avocados and coconut. It also needs Protein found in, green leafy veggies, eggs, milk and whole grains. It needs carbs, such as Potatos, squash, carrots and beets, all this together will help your brain have the nutrients it needs for better concentration.

The people here got it.

Plenty of sleep, fish oils (from natural sources if possible, not pills), plenty of complete protein, and lots of love.
