To answer your question, not really. It's genetics. Just make sure that you eat healthy and take care of yourself. That will give your body what it needs to grow.
Don't obsess about it. Guy's like all kinds of boobs, and I guarantee that if a descent guy likes you, he will like what ever you have.

I need help... I get made fun of all the time... and not only people at school and such but my family! and my friends moms! Putting tooth paste on your nipples can also help the growth of your breasts. Massaging your boobs with healthy cream can also help. Also squish your boobs together with your forearms 20 times a day. TRY to avoid caffenated products as much as you possibly can. Drinking lots of water can help in some ways. excersizing daily will help; push-ups is a great excersize for your boobs to, you know, get bigger :D

PS. helpme14. Im 11 and my boyfriend has a major crush on my other friend because of the size of her boobs. I feel insecure about that. So, I have been rading the internet for a solution and I FINALLY found one. And with this information I went from TOTALLY FLAT to 32A and 34A. Hope this info works for you, your friend, BD.

PS. helpme14. My boyfriend, I'm 12, by the way, he likes my friend because she has way bigger boobs than me. But right now, I think you should be happy with what you got. I went from nothing - a A34 in about 2 years.
