Is there a way i can illiminate my period for good?

I HATE periods!! is it possible that I can do something to get rid of it for good? even if its surgery??

No sorry you can not but there is some birth control pills that you can have your period 3 times a years have to talk to a doctor about that!!! goOd luck!!!

well I mean if you cant wait for menopause... I mean yes there are surgeries for it and it is possible but periods are necessary. they are vital. most importantly, without our periods, having children will never be possible.

maybe you can take birth control? even if you are not sexually active... eventually the day will come where you will so it's benificial that way. also taking birth control means that you get your period probably three times a year or so... I hope this helps... and sorry if it doesn't

Well first of all, getting rid of your period is really bad for your body.
You shouldn't eliminate any natural process of your body.
Its like stopping urination.
But if you want to eliminate them for a few months at a time then get on the depo vera birth control shot. it stops your period for like three months.

The depo shot doesnt stop your periods. Do you actually bother to research what you say?

To answer your question, a hysterectomy will end your periods, but it is major surgery and a doctor is not going to remove an organ just because you're inconvenienced. There are pills you can take that will give you a period like every couple of months...

a hysterectomy
which would remove your fallopian tubes
so you never had a period and could never have children either
or having your tubes tied
would also stop it
certain birth control can make it go away for a maximum of 3 months before you have one, then what another 3 months and get it again
but you really need to THINK about this first
you can not get surgery if your under the age of 18
you can get birth control though
and keep in mind that wthout your period
you cant have children...ever
so consider that if your thinking of havng kids later on
