did it explode when you open it? or it already exploded?haha... you can not spend it anyways since the money is already marked...better hand it to the police...

I'd turn it in because if you try to spend it they mite think you was the one that held the bank up. I'd call the police and have them come and get it along with the news crew to tape it and you mite get something out of it.
