Is the house market better?

I have had a house on the market since this past july and nothing but shity a#$ contracts on it we cant get rid of it for the right price...

Well, we thought things were fine in Canada but today there was a huge article saying that the number of houses for sale was massive, compared to the number of buyers. The housing boom we were experiencing is now on the decline. I hope it gets better in the US... we always seem to follow.

the housing market just crashed... this is a really bad time to be selling a house... it's a buyers market right now, too many houses not enough buyers...
