Is the blitz cellphone from verizon only prepaid?

Can you only get the Blitz cell phone from Verizon Wireless as a prepaid phone? Or can you get it as a contract phone too?

You can get it with a contract, I just checked their online store, seems you get can it *with* contract for $19.99 after rebates if you order online.
