It all depends on the women. Just try all of the positions and see what makes her get off more.

As far as anal goes, again it all depends on the girls preferences, a lot of girls won't even try it, because of different reasons. But females have many nurve endings in the arse and well it can be pleasurable if done right and slow, with lots and lots of lube. Also I would make sure the chicks does some cleaning etc... and wear a condom ofcourse.

I'm a girl, so here goes. In order of pleasure: 1-oral, 2-fingering, 3-sex. The reason is that the clitoris is a lot more sensitive than the inside of the vagina, so action there is more intense, and a wet tongue is a lot gentler and more versatile than fingers, so oral is even better. As about positions, a lot of girls like being on top because then they can control the speed and depth the way they like it. The most natural position, though, is doggie style (look how animals do it, haha) because of the natural shapes of the penis and the vagina; It's also one of the best positions to hit the girl's G-spot.
