Is my close guy friend interested?

I have this close guy friend that I started to have feelings for! We tell each other everything... but I cant tell if he likes me or not... I told him how I felt about him he says that he just thinks of me as a friend...because when he met me I had a boyfriend (he had a girlfriend). but the way he acts with me doesnt seem like 'just friends'... every time we go out he pays.. calls me late at night just to talk... makes fun of my laugh and tells me he loves it.... he wants me to meet his sister...makes jokes like...'lets get married next month'....im so confused.........I need advice.....

Sounds like he does... Try asking him flat out. A lot of guys are scared of rejection, so they sort of... beat around the bush, so to speak. Just ask, if anything he says no, you guys go back to being friends.

I've asked like twice already ... I dont want to push it ... its like the saying... 'how can you be friends with someone when you want them even more?'

Well guys dont like telling people they like them. so you just have to say.. I want to go a step above friendship and I want to know if you want to and if he says yes then there you go
