unfortunately there's no way to make them bigger naturally, but don't worry you still have years ahead of you for you to grow out more.
Its completely natural for you to have that size of a chest at your age.

the usual breat size is varied around that age because teens grow at different times so depending on how many girls in your grade have started their period before you or if they started after you then yeah your size is gonna varie
especially if your taller or shorter then most girls your age then you most definetly are gonna be unique

don't sweat it. we all mature on our own time. I mean I'm 16 and I have the same bra size as you. you're only 13 though. so you have a lot of time. if not... try and learn to love them small. at least you won't get as many back ackes.

it depends. if your small and petite thats the perfect size. im 15 and almost a c. im skinny but I got curves though. so you want what fits your body rite

It all depends on the rest of your body. I'm thirteen years old and I'm a 32B, but that's just because I'm pretty tall. As long as you're under 5'4 then it is probably the perfect size for you. If you are tall, don't worry about it... your breasts still have a lot of growing to do and it's hard to tell how big they're going to be until you're 17 or 18.

I didnt' get boobs until I was like 14/15
then suddenly I had DD's at 18
it sucks man

It's okay, and you don't really want bigger boobs that don't fit your body. If your band size is 34 then I am guessing you are rather slim, it would just look weird with a pair or DD's. They might give your back problems or get in the way with everything some guys would rather take the smaller.ones. Right now they are immature. And your boobs will keep growing until you are 19-22 years old so you have got aways to go still.
