I know it's July but England never get much of a summer. Should I shop for winter or summer clothes tomorrow?Thanks.

like quarter length shirt and things.

I went shopping the other day, and got more fall clothes.
because I cant wear tank tops and shorts to school, I thought it was better.

Winter clothes would be cheap rigth now, too.
