Usually you would need to wait till after. The hormone that detects pregnancy does not show up till a few weeks after conception. Some tests are better than others. Read the disclaimers on the box. You will probably have to wait if it has been less than a week.

I TOOK A REST WEEKS AFTER CONCEPTION BUT IT TUREND OUT TO BE NEG THAN I TOOK IT AFTER I MISSED MY PERIOD AND IT WAS POSITIVE SO DOES THAT MEAN WHEN I TOOK THE FIRST TEST IT DID NOT DETECT IT
