Is this normal when 18 weeks pregnant?

ok am 18weeks and I get a lot of cramps. I know its the baby bcaz everytime I get cramps I feel the baby there or I can just look at my tummy bacz the area gets high.. but sometimes I get very concerned that sumting is wrong with it why its always...

stiffing up (thats what I call it) bcaz sometimes it would be at one place and stiffing up for a long time, that my tummy looks lean and sometime it would hurt til I start crying and the wouldn't move.. is it normal?

your stomach is having tightenings dont forget room is rappidly running out for your baby as he gets bigger so when he turns it stretches your body
later on in the pregnancy you will experience braxton hicks where your body is preparing for labour you will experience tighting of your abdomen it can be uncomfortable but everything is going the way it should

your body is a dynamic thing its moving with the times lol
