Is it legal to sell snacks/drinks in a salon?

Do you need any kind of liscense for it or can you just do so?

Drinks like sodas and juice.
Snacks like candy bars and chips.

so if you cant get an answer perhaps ask a nearby store or mall
and see if they know
if you were going to make sure its all new and that
also see if its appropriate to sell that stuff in the salon

It is not in a Barber shop but I'm not sure about a salon. . . You will need to contact the state for that information.
