Is it just me, or is this girl annoying?

Okay. So I know this girl (ex bestfriend) and she annoys the heck out of me!
1. Her hair is really long and all the hairs are dead and she calls it Precious. Once she got it trimmed and cried
2. She thinks she has the best singing voice in the world,...

that she is really pretty and she walks really prissy
3. She laughs at anything. Once she cried because she had to put her COAT on!

And wanna know her age? 13! no 13 year old should act this way!

I think that all 13 year olds are still pretty immature, and that I've met people who are much more annoying than that.

besides the hair thing that reminds me of my 15 year old little sister. imagine living with sombody like that. its ridiculous

She's immature and insecure. Stay away from her. She IS annoying.
