Is it 'italy, rome' or 'rome, italy'?

Im doing my project and I need helpp, its on romee, but Romes in italy ritee ? so is it 'Rome, Italy' or 'Italy, Rome'

You would normally write Rome, Itally. In my Opninion. And I took the liberty of Google-ing it for you, and yes. It is Rome, Italy.
