yeah its good for you...hey you can even go get them veggie burgers from the store..they actually really good...but you can also make turkey burgers by using turkey meat..that is good to...

Yes, there are so many ways to make burgers there can be healthy ways.

You can bake them instead of frying them.
You can use ground turkey instead of ground beef
You can use lean ground beef
You can use a George Forman Grill and sqeeze all the grease out of it.

mmm...been making my own burgers for years. Like the others are saying lean ground beef or turkey are best. I just had a home made turkey patty for dinner last night. yummm...also try a venison. Its got gamey flavor but so much better for your body as far as fat content and leaness

I don't know if you have tried the salmon burgers but those are pretty good too and bery easy to make, plus healthy.
