Monster versus rockstar energy drinks

are monster energy drinks better for you than rockstar??? help please !!! ?

it doesnt really matter what energy drinks you drink. the only thing there good for is if you actually are usuing a lot of energy (like trunning/cycling or playing sport a lot) that way the get a chance to help your body get a boost. otherwise your just filling your body will all these ingredients and chemicals that it doesnt need

nope, both are terrible for you but rockstar tastes better.
