Niether watching porn, nor engaging in sex is a sin. Pornagraphy that includes children is a crime, otherwise it is fine. Sin is a man-made concept.

Yes because if you watch porn you are going to want to have sexual contact with a person and that brings forth lust. Once lust gets in your heart it is a sin because the bible saids that what ever a man is thinking in his heart , he is doing it

Yes. Jesus said in the book of Matthew that "If you look at a women to lust after her, you have committed adultery with her already in your heart." The book of Leviticus also makes it clear that no man should look at any naked women other than his wife. Based on these scriptures, it is easy to understand that looking at pornography is indeed sinful. If you disagree, why don't you think about the thought processes that you have when you look at pornography. I am willing to bet that they are filled with lust. Therefore, looking at pornography is a sin.

Lust is a normal human emotion. People should stop worrying about normal human and biological functions, and worry more about how you treat your fellow man.

Using pornography to "relieve" the pressure of lust is very healthy. But just like anyhing in life, too much of a good thing can be bad.

Multitudes of Christians, are hooked on pornography...Pastors included... it is an epidemic. Our society is sex saturated. It is everywhere we turn.

A spirit of lust entered my husband, as a young teen. They had an outside toilet, and back then, toilet paper was not as plentiful as it is now, so, they used all sorts of paper, including the sear and roebuck catalogue...

I suppose most will find this extremely funny... but, it was very much a fact of life... 50 years ago. so... as he sat there doing his business... and entertaining himself... looking at the models in their underware, a spirit entered him. Of lust.

He lived with this spirit, until we were in a tent meeting with a preacher that believed in deliverance. He knew exactly when he was delivered.

This spirit controled him. It caused him to lust after many women. This is no longer a problem. He is free. You can be too.

Silverwings, yes some people are addicted to porn. Some people are addicted to eating too. Should we get rid of food? Some people are addicted to shopping. Should we get rid malls?

So youy husband was made to feel ashamed of doing something perfectly natural. That is just ridiculous and cruel. You people are completely whacked (no pun intended). You all get so hung up on sex. if you put half the energy you do fighting other peoples sexual behavior, and put it in to fighting against all the violence going on in this world, we would all be better of. Don't worry about what people do behind closed doors, its none of your business. If you don't want to look at porn, don't.

I don't understand why people generalize human society so much. Like if a person lies he will say everyone lies, if a person has sex he will say all people have sex. If a person cusses, he will say all people cuss, and if a person thinks about sex he will say all people think about sex. You must understand that all these claims are not true. They're are many people that do not lie. One thing people don't consider when they make this generalization is that there are people of all ages on the world. There are people being born every second. These people who are just born cannot lie because they cannot even talk. They don't think about sex they are too small. In fact most people don't even have sexual thoughts until 11, and not all people even have sex. There are many virgins. Despite small children not thinking about sex, there are a lot of people who were born asexual and some people who through religion have developed asexual thoughts. You really have to look at the whole picture before you say that everybody does something.
