yes vicodin is a mix of hydrocodone (a opiate) acetaminophen (tylenol). the hydro is what gets you high, it comes from the same plant derivitive as heroin morphine

Well, it depends on the strength of the hydrocodone/acetaminophen combo. For example, Vicodin 5 is brand name for hydrocodone 5mg/ 500 mg acetaminophen (tylenol or APAP) and Norco 10 is brand name for hydrocodone 10mg/ 325mg APAP
