Is exercise ok after this operation?

I had my chest lump operation one month ago...can I do any kind of exercise or shuld I avoid?is it bad to rub my chest?

I think you should contact your doctor and find out just in case. Its probley not bad for you to rub your chess, I'm just not too sure about the whole exercising part.

I agree 100% with answer above. Your doctor would have told you this before you left the hospital. If he didnt then hes not a very good doctor. It depends on the level of the surgery.
