Coffee in moderation is good for you. About 2 cups a day is healthy and that is of course black. Adding sugar and creamer is unhealthy but you still get the benefits. If you are still a teenager then only one cup of coffee is health beneficial. Also it matters what brand of coffee and what chemicals they add to it. There is a lot to consider but drink it before noon and in moderation.

I've heard several different answers on several different sites when I look it up. Some say it causes parkinsons and some say it helps prevent it...so what do you think? cause I drink like 3-4 cups a dayyy and I know its not good to depend on caffeine in the morning, but if its not bad, then why not?
