Is a'nyliah a good name for a baby girl?

If its pronounced Ahh-nee-lee-ah.
I love it,
but I'd leave out the apostrophe it really throws the some people for a loop and may result in a lifetime of mispronounciations.
if its part of the pronounciation that I am just not getting then keep in mind some other people may not understand it either.
all in all I do like the name though
