Is a energy drink good for me??

o.k. well now I really love energy drink and I have one all the time but my mom and dad dont know I like it because I cant tell them I drink it because my mom and dad told me I cant have some but is it good for me and 14 years old some of my friends...

takes some too but some of my friends told me I will die or something like that if I have to much and some say it takes mins off my life what do energy drink do???
and is it good for me???
and day I had one with my friends and I was not feeling good and in class I cant work at all the teacher give us questions and I did really bad I had 0 questions good what do I do???
and what does it do to me or something

Okay, drinking energy drinks does not take minutes away from you. Its not going to kill you. Do you realize if all the people that drink energy drinks died, that'd be a lot of people. So no, it will not kill you. BUUUT, energy drinks are bad for you. Too much sugar and other ingredients. It may give you energy now, but soon afterwards it dies off. Try drinking water or Gatorade. Its sooo much more healthier, and keeps you focused, active, alert and keeps your energy from dying out.

I dont think energy drinnks are good for anyone. I used to drink them all the time but I would feel more exasuted than I did before I had the drink.

I was drinking a lot of energy drinks and they raised my blood pressure to the point where I had to go to the doctors

lolx...its good take energy drinks but yew must know which kinda formula are yew drinking...
energy drinks contain acidic formulea which are sometimes not good.
since yew are just 14yo, yew dont need to take energy drinks very often!
