Interracial dating question..i am an indian from india

Alright I kind of like this White girl from colelge, she were in my college for 2 years, I have left college, and I am looking for a job now, from what I know, she has a job, the last time we spoke she was dating a guy,
The thing is I like her( I bumped...

into her in the city centre, I had just fiinished wacthing a movie and was thinking baout how lonely I am lol single and not having any friends and stuff
The thing is this girl I am on about is White(she is into punk- I think, she colours her hair(purple, red, pink(salmon pink), and black with red_somehting liek that) basically she colours her hair, she has always been nice to me and stuff(Lol)
But you know, I do feel she doesn't like me as in Like me in that way, but you knowshe's a good person really, and I wihs I could ask her out, but there is another thing I am an Indian from India, I hardly know anyone here, I dont have any friends at all, and I think she was the only one I spoke to from colelge in the last two years I spent in college, (I moved to the uk two and half years ago from india)
The thing is I dont know what girls especially this girl( I know) whose white think about, I have no clue, as to what is expected froma guy who dates a white girl(in my case an Indian dating a white girl)
I mena its not like I am in LOVe with her or anything, its just that I wish I were going out with her, when she is avaible(single)
But I am not sure as to waht is expected from me as a guy from India(do white-british girls) have any customs regarding dating?

lol I think I know the answer to this question, the girl above doesn't like me for sure, I have nothing to offer..sometimes I wonder why I even bother thinking about girls, but I can't help it..I'm bloody miserable
