no not really. itll help but you need to do A LOT. one exerscise that works though is you lye down on your side with your legs stretched out but on top of each other (still sideways) and lift the top leg up. bring it down, and lifte it back up ect. and repeat that a lot on both legs.
Yes, it does, just make sure you get 30 mintues a day and
you'll trim down quite nicely...
You can also do dips which burn fat of your but and thighs...etc
you cant burn fat from a particular area when you work out it burns fat as a whole, however if you do exercises at the gym say leg flies and an ab workout and THEN you go walking the already tweaked muscles in your legs and abs will cause more fat to be burned thean if you just went walking without a workout before hand
