Would you give up your career for true love?

If you had a chance at True Love (the whole ball of wax Eternal Bliss), but for whatever reason it meant that you had to give up your career as a singer/songwriter/actress, what would you do?

I would choose whatever would make me happy for the rest of my life. It would take a lot of thinking, but whatever I chose would have to be in my best interest and whatever I could do to make MYSELF happy.

There is a thing called compromise. If they were moving away and you had to give up your job to move with them i'd understand. It really depends on the reason.

I;ve just given up my job to move away to be with my partner, but i made sure i got another job in the area we are moving.

If your partner is asking you to give up your career you need to think about their reasons for asking you to do this. If they are being selfish and not taking into account your feelings, wants and needs then you have to seriously think about the relationship.

If there's a way to be with your partner and keep your career then all the better, but every situation is different.
