Does anyone know how to get rid of acne?

Does anyone know how to get rid of ance,mines is just mild,not super bad like some peoples...something that really works,does the zeno work?its expensive

Have you tried the Neutrogena wave? I've heard a lot of good things about it, you should give it a shot.

first off , to get rid of the Redness and swollen-ness :P Ice it .

tooth paste on it for , 20 mins , maybe you can fall alseep with it on and wash off in the morning , For blakc heads , Facial , Even if its like , girly , or what ever , dude , it works . you can try , Vinagr and salt mixed , on it
you can try , deep cleaners .

uhh , wash your face twice a day
drink a bunch of water .
