Can i move in with my boyfriend if i'm 16 and pregnant?

Hey im gonna be 16 and im going to have a baby. I live in michigan... I want to move out of my stressfull house... And move in with my boyfriend...Can i do that if theey dont want me to??? Please help me!!!

You can. It is called imancipation. You will need to retain an attorney to do this though. It is actually not as difficult as you may think. State law varies but if you're 16 you will probably only need to provide proof of a place where you will be residing and proof of employment or income. You will need to go before a judge and he will want to know the reasons and so forth.

you're going to have problems caring for a baby at this age...
it would be wiser to stay at your house with your parets...
they could really teach you something.
